    Do I need to bring my own Mat?

    You can bring your own yoga mat to class if you prefer, but I also provide mats and blocks for those who do not have one. Feel free to use what makes you most comfortable!

    Please indicate when booking how may mats you will require.

    What Should I Wear?

    When choosing what to wear to a yoga class, comfort is key. Opt for breathable, stretchy fabrics that allow for ease of movement.

    Yoga is traditionally practiced barefoot or with yoga socks (grip socks)

    You may want to bring along a long sleeved top for shavasana.

    If I am not available or already booked, I may use another qualified yoga instructor, all instructors are well known to me and you will of course be notified of any changes in teachers.

    What if I have never done yoga before?

    Do not worry if you have not done yoga before; my classes are for everyone. Whether you are a complete beginner or have some experience, I will guide you through each pose at a comfortable pace.

    What areas do we cover?

    I can travel within a 20-mile radius of Midhurst, West Sussex, included in the class fee. If your location is further afield, please contact me for a personalised quote.

    I offer flexible yoga sessions tailored to your needs. You can choose to have one-to-one sessions or small group classes in the comfort of your own home. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit my home studio, where you'll find a peaceful environment perfect for your practice. Whether at home or in my studio, I aim to provide a welcoming and supportive space for everyone.

    Payments, Bookings & Cancellations

    Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your class. I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations, this ensures we can accommodate other participants and manage our schedule effectively.

    Where do the classes take place?

    My Midhurst yoga classes and 1:1 classes are held in a small but comfortable and welcoming home studio, just 10 minutes walk from Midhurst High Street in Ashfield Close.

    While there is limited parking available at the location, however there are plenty of further options nearby to ensure convenience. All location details and additional information will be provided via email upon booking confirmation.

    Mats and props will be provided, however you are welcome to bring your own should you wish.
