I believe that a little stretch can go a long way! My journey began with a simple vision: to bring the joy and benefits of yoga right to your workplace, school and community.
My classes are designed to be fun and accessible, helping you find that peaceful center amidst the hustle and bustle.
My journey to becoming a yoga teacher began with a deep-seated passion for the practice and its transformative effects on both the mind and body. I first discovered yoga during a particularly stressful time in my life, seeking out a method to relieve anxiety and restore balance. The moment I stepped onto the mat, I felt an immediate sense of calm and connection that resonated deeply within me.
Determined to deepen my practice and share its benefits with others, I enrolled in a comprehensive teacher training programme at a renowned yoga school in the UK with the amazing Julee Yew-Crijns. Over several months, I immersed myself in the study of asanas, anatomy, philosophy, and teaching methodology, under the guidance of experienced instructors who nurtured my growth and understanding. The intensive training not only honed my skills but also reinforced the importance of inclusivity and accessibility within yoga.
As I transitioned from student to teacher, I recognised that yoga should be a space for everyone—regardless of their experience level or physical ability. It is my passion to create an inviting environment where individuals feel encouraged to explore their practice at their own pace.
Through my journey, I have witnessed the incredible ways yoga can foster resilience, confidence, and a sense of community. I am committed to continuing this mission in my classes, promoting a yoga culture where every person can feel seen, supported, and inspired regardless of ability or age.
