Welcome!
I am Nadine.
I am a qualified 280 hour Yoga and Yogalates Teacher.
I completed my 200 hr Yoga teacher training with Ebb & Flow in Farnham and more recently gained an 80 hr Yogalates qualification from Yogalates London.
I offer small, inclusive classes that welcome all abilities, as well as personalised one-to-one sessions.
My teaching style is focused on creating a supportive environment where every student can progress safely and confidently, whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, my classes are designed to meet your individual needs and help you achieve balance and wellbeing.
I am a Yoga Alliance Accredited Teacher, fully insured & DBS Checked.

The studio is thoughtfully designed to create a calm and comfortable environment, making it the perfect place to unwind, relax, and focus fully on your well-being.
Classes are deliberately kept small to ensure personalised attention and to maintain a warm, friendly atmosphere where everyone feels truly welcome and valued.

Welcome the New Year with calm and balance in my new evening yoga class starting this January.
To help you experience the benefits of yoga, I’m offering two taster sessions for £10 each. Whether you're new to yoga, a seasoned yogi, or have attended my classes elsewhere, everyone is warmly welcomed.
These sessions will be a gentle Vinyasa flow, designed to suit all abilities and for those seeking to improve strength, flexibility & balance. It’s the perfect way to unwind after the day and reconnect with your body and mind.

My home studio is located in Ashfield Close, Midhurst, just a 10-minute walk from the high street. Parking is available on site if required.
The full address and additional details will be provided in your booking confirmation email. Mats and props are available for use, though you are welcome to bring your own.
Please wear loose and comforable clothing for the best experience. Please contact me if you have any questions on scheduling or location.
Where is the Studio?
If you are new to yoga, don’t worry. Classes are kept small to ensure they can be tailored to your needs, allowing for individual attention throughout the session. You also have the option to book a one-to-one session for a more personalised experience.

What If I am new to Yoga?
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your class. I kindly request a minimum of 3 hours notice for any cancellations, this ensures I can accomodate and manage my schedule effectively.
